Let’s be honest—a New Year and a new vacation sound like a pretty great idea. I love having a trip of my own on the calendar, and I truly love helping my clients explore the world, discovering new places and unforgettable experiences along the way.

The who, where, when, and how are all part of that picture—but the most important detail to me is your why. Your “why” is the motivation and inspiration behind your trip, and it’s at the heart of every vacation I design. Understanding that is how I craft an escape that feels uniquely yours.

I’m often asked, “Why should I work with a travel agent?”

It’s a fair question, especially with so much information available online. The difference? I get to know you—your interests, travel style, priorities, and budget. There’s no call center and no one-size-fits-all solution. What I offer is a personal relationship, backed by industry expertise, trusted supplier partnerships, and continual education on destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and tour companies. I don’t just filter information—I curate thoughtful, customized travel plans. And I advocate for you from start to finish.

Another question I love is, “What inspired you to become a travel advisor?”

Twelve years ago, I shifted my career from publishing to travel and from corporate life to owning my own business. I followed my passions and looked for work with meaning. Travel had always been part of my life—inspired by my love of art, architecture, and ancient civilizations. I caught the travel bug early and never looked back.

My motto has long been:

That belief fuels my work every day. Travel is a game-changer, and every journey—near or far, simple or epic—has the power to enrich us when we travel with curiosity and an open heart.

So, what kinds of vacations do I specialize in?

Quite a few! Ocean, river, and expedition cruises; all-inclusive resorts; escorted and independent tours. I also design specialty trips focused on themes such as food and wine, family heritage, or golf, as well as celebrations and milestones—honeymoons, anniversaries, reunions, milestone birthdays, graduations, retirements, and more. If you can dream it, we can plan it.

What can you expect when you work with me?

After a consultation, I present a few curated options tailored to your vision. From there, we customize—perhaps pairing a Mediterranean cruise with flights, transfers, excursions, a few nights in Paris or Amsterdam, all sprinkled with special touches. I handle the details, bookings, and logistics, stay by your side throughout the process from start to finish, and can’t wait to hear all about your adventure when you return. Traveling with a group? I’ll manage it all, so no one has to do the heavy lifting.
